Valley Integrated Urgent Care

Everyone was great! From the girl at the front desk.Checking me in, To the nurse's and the P.A. They got me in quick, and were thorough with their examination. Very professional. They Made me and my service dog Doug feel very comfortable. And I am feeling much better. I would definitely go to them again.

This is definitely the best Urgent Care I’ve been to in the area. They are stocked with lots of different supplies and services that are not available at other Urgent Care’s like x-rays and things of that nature. The staff was extremely nice and the doctors were amazing. Not to mention how clean The waiting area was as well as the medical rooms!! It smelled so good and I had a really great experience both times I’ve visited here. The wait time was minimal and I was updated every step of the way. I won’t go to any other urgent care.

Quick and compassionate. Very clean, bright and open although I was dealing with flu symptoms and vertigo my daughter pointed out to me several times how nice it was. I'm thankful for their quick service. Will recommend to associates as location is in our network. Did all the prerequisites prior so no delay when i arrived at scheduled appointment.

Since opening, this has been my go to when my family or I are sick. My recent visit was not as expected. Different provider- not as thorough, informative, or personable as the provider we have had every other time. Also, staff was rude when I called to tell them that my pharmacy needed information from the provider to fill my prescription. It has been 5 days- no follow up and no information provided to my pharmacy.. still no medication.

Quickly got us in and out . Gave us the necessary information about our visit as needed. Very quick to respond to any questions we had about our visit and gave us what we properly needed to heal. Clearly still working on healing ❤️‍🩹 so hopefully all will move forward in a positive manner! Overall, I would give it a 10/10 if we felt 100% back to normal, but it’s about an 8/10 considering this clinic truly did all they can do, we’re just not fully healed just yet, it will take some time not even sure if we need to head to a hospital or not yet, since the clinic only has so much on hand. Thank you to the staff! Very kind, wonderful people working here.❤️ Very thankful I went BACK to get reevaluated
