I brought my 10-year-old daughter to be evaluated for braces with Dr. Jessica Falk, and our experience was exceptional. The office is spacious, clean, and very well organized. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful, warm, and friendly. Dr. Falk herself was wonderful—thorough, informative, and patient. She spent significant time explaining my daughter’s needs, including guidance regarding a larger cavity, and walked us through all aspects of her treatment. I can not thank Dr. Falk and the entire staff enough for giving me my smile back ! It’s been almost a 3 year journey and I am 100% satisfied with the results ! Everyone in the entire office was always extremely professional and helpful . Everything was always explained throughly at every appointment. The ease of scheduling appointments with my work schedule was super helpful . I highly recommended Dr. Falk for all of your pediatric and adult orthodontic needs!

I was interested in becoming a patient here and was actually referred by my dentist. Unfortunately, the lack of communication made that impossible. Despite the website stating the office was open, multiple phone calls went unanswered, emails were never returned, and the office appeared closed during posted hours. After several attempts to reach someone, I had no choice but to take my business elsewhere. This was a very unprofessional experience, and I will be informing my dentist that this is not an office I would recommend.
