I don’t even know how to fully express my gratitude. My son’s eye doctor has been absolutely amazing. The location is very accessible, the staff is incredibly friendly, appointments are always on time, and the level of care my son has received is the best we’ve ever experienced. Thank you so much to the doctor and the entire staff.

Would not recommend. They don’t do glasses fitting, don’t do contact lens fitting and were quite gruff for pediatric specialists. Not worth the facility fee my private insurance has to pay, we will look for a more comprehensive kind option in the future.

The first time I came here I was amazed by how kind and patient the staff was but this is our follow up appointment and I see the first impression of this place was likely just a facade. The doctor (Dr Wall) rushed my son and didn't bother to try to help him overcome his shyness. He got overwhelmed because a stranger was examining his eyes and when I asked for a couple of minutes so he could stop crying she left the office for nearly 30 minutes and did a whole exam on another patient. It was clear she was behind schedule and sacrificed rapport to try to catch up. Quantity over quality. I'll never return and I don't recommend this place to anyone now.

The staff is great. Dr. Rosenthal has cared for my daughter for over 6 years. She care about her eyesight and takes the time to listen to concerns and does the necessary exams to ensure all is well.

This review is for Dr Gerber - he is the slowest doc I have ever seen - this is my second ‘follow up’ appointment and I have waited over an hour and a half each and every time only for him to see my daughter for like two minutes before he rattles out some random diagnosis and asks us to follow up in 3-4 weeks. The front desk is also of no help - all they do is chat and laugh behind the counter and are unable to answer even the simplest questions. How this clinic even has patients is beyond my comprehension.
