I really think you are taking a huge risk using this hospital or doctors affiliated with Northwell Health. The incompetence is astounding. They lost my blood tests and I had to make 20 phone calls over a week to find them. The phone systems often don’t work so you can’t call. A cd of my lung tests to take to another dr was missing most of the images. My first name was spelled two different ways in the system so they couldn’t find my records for 10 days which seems pretty dangerous to me. Use your imagination on how that might impact an operation! A vascular test I had had questionable results. I had two dopplers in two other hospitals with similar results, and the doppler at Phelps showed result numbers half of what showed on my other tests.. which said I have a normal venus system when I

Hospitality is excellent in the ICU. The staff kept us updated and frequently asked if we needed anything. Our experience there was pleasant to say the least.
