Dental office with questionable business ethics. I was there for a routine cleaning, and was talked into an antibacterial gel for gum disease which I inquired about the use and cost to me. While I’m still sitting in the dental chair, the billing woman ran my insurance and said it’s covered no problem. Fast forward six months later, the dentist sends me a bill for $800, $72 for every tooth they used this gel on. What they conveniently left out was how much this gel costs, and how much you would be responsible for if your insurance doesn’t cover it. Who in their right mind would agree to an $800 gel, which you never asked for, and risk being footed for the bill or waste your maximum insurance coverage for the entire year. Everyone here is incredibly friendly and accommodating. My visits are always quick and comfortable, and I’m loving the results of my Invisalign. I highly recommend this dental office!
