My Grandmother was getting her medication from PharMerica and their billing is a nightmare. I accidentally paid an invoice twice, because they sent the same invoice twice without applying the first payment that was made to them by check. So I made another payment directly on the portal CC, before realizing I had already paid the invoice. I figured it would work itself out, but they never applied the CC payment. My grandmother did pass away Jan 2025. I jeep getting on invoice for this invoice, because the payment was never applied. I have called, left messages, never get a call back, I have emailed them from the portal, no response and I have mailed back the invoices with proof of payment, yet I am still getting an invoice every month that she owes them money. There is NO WAY these people aren’t on something. Every time I call to manage my dad’s prescriptions or inquire about why they haven’t been delivered they start speaking on something totally irrelevant and then apologize and ask “whatchu say again?” Or You get “I dunno what happened”, then they promise delivery which never happens, then eventually he will have to go around there and pick them up. He’s a senior citizen. When he was going to pick them they were only giving the same prescriptions not any of the new ones so it’s been a couple of months since he has had 2 important new medications. I'm an RN trying to get an Rx for a patient who uses this pharmacy and have called multiple times and no one answers the phone. It just rings endlessly until it just disconnects. No clue how this place is in business with the other similar complaints. If I could give it negative stars, I would.
