Believe me when I say it was the best customer service experience to date. The attention to detail has been unmatched. I reached out to the pharmacy and was all over the place in my conversation. Elizabeth B. RIH was the tech on the other end... she let me finish my conversation, then immediately responded with "Happy Belated Birthday; I noticed you just had a birthday mine is tomorrow". I could tell she was smiling, happy, and very welcoming. She made our conversation feel like i was talking to my best friend and seamless. UHS Southeast Pharmacy offers the best customer service. I want to recognize Bobby and Claudia for always taking care of me. They go above and beyond to get my medications ready. This month, I needed a refill on my Ryaltris Nasal Spray, but the manufacturer coupon had expired. They went ahead and signed me up for a new coupon, and had my prescription ready. UHS Southeast is very lucky to have people like Bobby and Claudia.

While I was waiting for a medication a person next to me was leaning towards me. I didn't think anything of it, Ithought she was falling asleep. However, a few minutes later one of the pharmacy technicians came over to check on her. The lady was out of it, she wouldn't respond until the 3rd time she was touched. The technician called for assistance, in less than a minute a team of doctors and nurses came to help. The lady was partially unconscious, her speech was slow and not very clear. She stated she had a stroke in the past. They took her in and took care of her. I want to congratulate and thank the technician, who was observant enough to detect there was something wrong with the lady 🙏 Also, the quick response from the clinic's team, that may have make a difference. Bobby and Crystal are always willing to help, nice,understanding and very sweet. Bobby is always looking out for any medications or vaccines I am needing to be up to date with CDC guide lines.
