Pharmacy - University Health Medical Center Pavilion

Terrible communication between staff and patient. I have called and spoken to multiple staff members and there is never any documentation noted making it frustrating from a patient perspective. The information relayed to myself has always changed. I have shown up 3 times and my prescription is still not available for pick up after 4 weeks. Just now I had a staff member say it would be ready in 20 minutes but when I expressed disdain for having to wait, the next person said it could not be dispensed due to clarification from provider. They also stated it was a controlled substance when it is not. I encourage patients to write down names of any staff they speak to so you are not as lost as I have been.

Love using this pharmacy. I haven’t had a bad experience. Great service and when necessary they will bring out your prescription.

My husband and I have so many needs with our medicine. The staff is always so helpful keeping us organized and making sure we have all our distance in order.

Not a bad place to get your meds. Friendly, helpful clerks and they work fast which is rare. Conveniently located I have been pleased with the few times I have been there. Check them out.

Nice and friendly pretty fast and affordable meds. They can bill you to pay later if needed.
