HORRIBLE SERVICE! The pharmacist is VERY rude and filed a false claim with my insurance company for a medication they never filled and my husband & I never picked up. I have proof of of all the payments I have ever made to Pharmacy Plus and my insurance provider confirms they never approved the prescription to be filled. After my insurance company called them, the pharmacist reversed the claim. But then she said she will no longer fill my prescriptions because I lied that I had never picked it up. If you ask any questions, the pharmacist will just tell you she won't fill your prescriptions anymore. I tried many times to be nice and take her rude demeanor and threats because my medication is hard to find. I have filed a complaint with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy .

This place is a joke. The employee answering the phones is rude and clueless . There was a communication barrier and I tried to explain what was going on after I consulted my insurance. This female employee got upset and stated we don’t care if you go somewhere else to fill your prescription after I asked her to please reauthorize my RX with my insurance because there was an overlap in requests. She said “I will not go back and forth with your insurance”. She refused to do her job and proceeded to laugh about it. What a disgrace. Management should look into having someone like that working for them. If she doesn’t want to promote your business gracefully and help the general public then what is she doing working there. Save your time people go elsewhere!!!! I would advise to make a formal

I recommend this pharmacy to everyone. I prefer here than CVS or HEB

Dr. A. Fidelis is quite a gentleman in his profession. He was very informative in explaining the old & new medication that had been prescribed for me. No matter what prescription, I was able to leave with knowledge of my prescription & the reason for not only the dosage, but also the reason for it being prescribed to me. With me being retired, it helped that the choices Pharmacy Plus has, makes it very cost effective. When it came to transferring my medications from one pharmacy to another, he handled all of that along with making sure that Dr. Kumar was informed of all pertinent information. Yes, I highly recommend him
