Absolute best pharmacy Kaiser has. The extended hours are fantastic for people such as myself who work the swing shift and it’s located in a place that’s easy to get to. The pharmacist who works evenings is awesome. He’s a wealth of information, always friendly and even remembers me when I stop in. I highly recommend this location if you’re a Kaiser customer and need to fill your prescriptions.

Picked up my sons prescription this morning. Not actually having the scripts filled when they are sent down and waiting for the patient to reach out first seems like an unnecessary step but whatever. Stopped at the bathroom and an employee was exiting the stall without washing his hands, the white coats are a give away. I asked if he was going to wash before touching the door handle and his reply was to mind my own business. The “conversation” continued as he took the stairs up and I was leaving the building. That was the most unsanitary, unprofessional and inappropriate thing I have seen at any medical facility.

Picked up 2 prescriptions from the pharmacy today.. Have you used this pharmacy several times in the past and never had a problem.. However today the individual who rang up my prescriptions proceeded to name the medications that I was taking, out loud, and then on top of that he proceeded to tell me how and when to take the medication still, out loud . There were other people sitting in the waiting room.. It was none of their business what medications I'm being prescribed by my doctor, and I'm sure it was a violation of my hippa rights

My boyfriend has frequented this location several times and on this recent visit, the pharmacist (Robin) proceeded to announce each of his prescriptions loudly and the details of milligrams and usage in front of the other customers that were there. This as only done to him and not to any of the other customers before him and she continued to do this even after he made her aware that he knew what the medications were for. This was extremely unprofessional and an absolutely violation of his privacy. I don't know if this is a normal thing for this associate or if she was having a bad day but this was quite embarrassing and extremely insensitive.
