Big and beautifully remodeled. Now accessible from the pike street entrance. Seems understaffed though. Long wait time on a Saturday after 4 pm with only two other customers there during the time I waited. Wait room was very cold, be prepared for the a/c.

The new building is clean, but the layout between the old and new sections is very confusing. Signage is limited and unclear, so it’s hard to know where to go after check-in. The staff is kind and tries to help, but you can tell they have to give the same directions constantly because of the layout. I was a Kaiser member for about 30 years, and I’ve noticed increasing emphasis on cost-cutting and fewer presented treatment options. Patients may need to ask more questions to understand their full range of care. I’m no longer a member myself, but I accompany my 87-year-old mother and still see these issues in the system. This pharmacy use to be great and now they have people working there who do not want to help people. I have been at different times and every time, waiting for no reason. I watch the woman behind the counter put meds away for several minutes before deciding to help give people their meds. Honestly. There is no reason for the delay. I liked the old pharmacy better, where people were helped at a reasonable time period. Right now, there are 2 people at the counter working, and we have been waiting over 10 minutes for a number to called. Unacceptable.

Its new and very nice! Lots of seating. Lots of people to help as well. Not a long wait but while you are waiting, you are comfortable

I gave the stars because I use Kaiser and have for numerous years. I didn't actually go here though, I just drove by on my way somewhere.
