We came here to pick up prescriptions for the first time, and everything was ready in just 10 minutes. There were no waiting lines, and the customer service was friendly and efficient. Great experience overall!

Always an easy and straight forward experience here. I have never had to wait more than 20 minutes to pick up a prescription. The staff are always knowledgeable and friendly. It is conveniently location!

I am an extremely satisfied Kaiser member. I really appreciate Kaiser’s integrated systems with all specialists having access to all my records at their fingertips. And I support Kaiser’s use of advanced operating techniques like robotic-assisted surgeries. I had two hip replacement surgeries with Dr. Foster Chen: Left hip on 7/20/2023 and Right hip on 7/31/2024. I selected Dr. Chen because of his use of modern robotic-assisted surgery techniques and have had both Left and Right hip replacements with him. I am extremely pleased with the results - especially in comparison with other people I know who did not have robotic-assisted procedures. My incision pain was minimal and recovery time was faster, with no residual numbness at all. Four weeks after surgery I was able to walk unaided

I usually go here for insulin because they have a good medical financial aid program and I switch jobs fairly often. Went in today and was denied any kind of assistance and told they won't bill and I couldn't go into urgent care to get everything checked out and sign up for MFA there cause they don't offer anymore and I should transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Which wouldn't of been an issue besides the fact that I'm also suffering from multiple infections and wanted to use urgent care anyway so I could just take care of everything all at once. I had not received any emails or notices about these policy changes which seem quite important.Now I'm just sick as heck from infection , in need of insulin ,no insurance for another month through work and no clue what to do as they offered no ad

Kaiser is completely incapable of completing basic tasks. Their system is awful, the people you talk to on the phone say they're going to do something and then they don't, the workers at the counter are clueless. I am switching my insurance. DO NOT CHOOSE KAISER IF YOU CAN HELP IT.
