Sam is an expert in deep tissue and sports massage. He was super friendly and accommodating towards my schedule. As a division 1 athlete, Sam's knowledge of my body and the problems I experience were of the highest level. Nobody does a better job and I would recommend him to anyone who needs relief or help with muscular recovery.

As a D1 swimmer, I put my body under significant stress and I often don't do enough recovery for myself. On my trips home I visit Sam and it makes a remarkable impact on my ability to continue through a year-round season of training and competition. He has made a huge impact on areas of my body at the highest risk of overuse injury and the spots affecting my performance. He uses the best techniques I've been subject to in a massage, and he keeps me amazingly relaxed while going deep tissue to fix problem areas. He also discusses techniques to continue to fix the most stubborn problems that I can implement on my own. TL/DR: Far and away the most effective massages I've had, coupled with advice and techniques to further loosen and recover on my own. Cannot recommend enough!

Just had one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had from Sam. He was a great communicator, extremely intuitive and was able get into/help release some big trouble areas I have been developing lately. As a choreographer and bartender, I ask a lot of my body and very rarely give it the TLC it needs. Sam was able to get things back on track and heading in the right direction today. If you’ve been putting off getting bodywork done (like I have), Sam is a great person to jump back into your self care journey with.

Now, as a corporate executive they’re just as vital for posture and stress relief. Sam’s work was intuitive, skilled, and one of the best massages I’ve ever received - no matter the particular focus.
