My daughter needed a pediatric doc and they have been amazing (all the staff, the front desk, nurses, and doctor) But I want to give a big shout out to the lab for you to draw blood from a 7 yr old and make it so she is no longer afraid of needles because you did so good you deserve so much credit that takes real talent. Kids are so hard. Awesome job!!!!

If I could give this whole business a zero, I would. The hospital in Gloversville is the only exception. The billing department is awful and have no desire to help until you tell them you’re going to dispute your charges. The doctors are questionable. And today we spent an hour out in the rain with my baby in downtown Albany because the people at the desk gave us the wrong address and continued putting us on hold despite telling them not to. In the process of looking for a new place, even if it means driving out of our way.

I would suggest staying away from this place. Definitely greedy and money hungry. I was in an accident back in September and a part of my discharge paperwork from Albany Med. It was to follow up with a primary care doctor. I went to this primary care doctor and I was in their establishment for less than 45 minutes. The doctor did nothing different, told me nothing different and instructed me nothing different than what Albany Med had told me what my orthopedic had told me and what my CT doctor had told me. I went in filled out paperwork. They took my weight. They took my height. They took my blood pressure and they listened to my heart and literally did not inform me of anything different that I already knew. So it was a wasteful visit. They billed me $230. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Nothing but rude. My Dr was a creep so I tried to switch. After employees acknowledged there have been other complaints about him, I still had to contact the director to complain about the dr and the staff that told me I wasn’t allowed to switch drs even though I felt uncomfortable as a woman having him near me. Gave them a second chance before writing a review. Second chance was me calling to ask a question to be met with a rude response for no reason. I asked for help figuring out a medical situation to be told they won’t help and to basically get over the problem I was having. RUN RUN RUN

Andrea Becker will leave you to bleed out and die after birth. Thank God for the other doctor who stepped in and sent me to emergency surgery, afterwards I spent 3 days in the icu recieving blood transfusions AWAY from my newborn in maternity. So if you hemmorage after birth just know you will be offered grapes and juice and DIE unless someone else is there to save you. I regret the fact that I didn't sue the pants off of such an incompetent "doctor", she didn't even bother checking in on me in the icu after almost killing me, heartless and severely uneducated.
