The receptionist was so kind and efficient. I did not have an appointment and I was somewhat panicking. She assured me I would be taken care of. Dr Lepard was calm and assuring. I felt well cared for, the Dr and staff treated me very well

Upon entering the office you're greeted by polite staff who know me by name. After a very short wait the Medical Assistant calls me back to my exam room, she is both professional and knowledgeable. As a retired R.N. I appreciate staff who know their job,and are able to pass on accurately what I have told her to the Physician's Assistant. I am treated appropriately, issues are dealt with professionally and I leave my appointment feeling taken care of. Excellent care was given, which is rare these days.

I had an excellent experience today at Perlman Clinic Visit. I was seen promptly at the scheduled time. My checkin process was quick and easy. My visit with Steven Navarro was detailed to my health concerns. He scheduled several appointments with specialist that were deemed necessary. I wasn’t able to get bloodwork today, but I was referred to Quest for that since my insurance did not cover for their testing at this office.

I’ve been going through a really challenging time with my health and managing multiple complex diagnoses and new symptoms has been overwhelming. Throughout it all, Perlman Clinic has been absolutely instrumental in my care. Their Urgent Care services are efficient, with minimal wait times, and the level of professionalism and compassion from both providers and staff has been outstanding. I’m truly grateful for the exceptional care and support I’ve received here. Finding a clinic that genuinely listens, acts promptly, and provides quality medical attention has made such a difference in my journey. I’m thankful I chose Perlman Clinic for my healthcare needs.

Steven Navarro was very helpful and was able to prescribe my medications for me. I live in Australia, am visiting relatives here, and I need to extend my stay indefinitely due to a family health crisis. The reception and all staff were kind, helpful and knowledgeable.
