Perlman Clinic Otay Ranch

I had a great experience at this clinic! From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel welcomed. The medical team was thorough, compassionate, and took time to really listen to my concerns. I never felt rushed, and everything was explained to me clearly. The clinic is clean, organized, and runs smoothly. I am so happy I found a place where I truly feel cared for as a patient. My first experience at Perlman Clinic (Otay Ranch) was great. It's like a patient designed the entire experience. I was able to get an immediate appointment on their web scheduling page. There were a number of times to select from. My PA was excellent, great at working collaboratively with me, and excellent at listening and understanding my questions and concerns. Their three month clinic is clean and modern, and I loved the large Otay Watch Company historic photo in the waiting area. Everyone I met was professional. They have free underground parking, which nice on the rainy day I was there. The express busses are a short walk away, and the Otay Ranch mall is next door. The team has been very helping in setting up next appointments and following up on the things we talked about. I recomme
