I am so grateful for this practice. Dr. Chris Sellers has a unique gift to intuit your body’s wellness. I’ve been to more than several chiropractors in Austin that have left me misinformed and in pain. I suffer from chronic pain and he is the only doctor who has effectively helped me on my journey. He not only helps me physically, he also guides me to understand what is going on with my body. I’m so very grateful for him and all the staff at both of his practices. They are kind, supportive and honest. I recommend them to everyone I care about and also to strangers. He offers such a unique gift. The Active Release Technique is so important to move the soft tissue in order to do proper adjustments. Not, only that, he helps provide information on dietary needs that help support the process. T

My coach has been trying to get me to go see Dr Chris Olson for a really long time and a month ago I started seeing him 3 times a week. OMG! I can't say enough about how life changing the experience has been. I'm 52 and I lift heavy 4 days a week but I was always in pain. He has helped me sooooo much with my neck, hip, and back pain. He's so kind and he's so good at what he does and I'm NOT someone who will agree to being adjusted because it really freaks me out. I loving going to see him and his entire team is incredible. I’m one of the most critical people ever when it comes to docs and the level of care- as the daughter of a physician. Dr. Sellers is absolutely incredible. His staff is great, and Berna (I’m sorry if I’m misspelling) is phenomenal with guidance for the exercises- she has exercises even my previous PTs never told me about that are highly effective and better than those. She pays attention to you and watches your form, gives suggestions and variations to make exercises more challenging if needed, etc. The massage therapist I see, Sierra, is incredible as well…the therapeutic massage incorporated ART, trigger points, and stretching. Staff is always polite and professional. Dr. Sellers is one of the Best doctors I have seen. He truly cares for patients and always listens to the patient. Those doctors are like unicorns in todays world. He has helped me tremendously on several occasions. When no other doctor could figure it out. I just wish my insurance covered the treatments.

After many years of seeing different TMJ specialists, none of them ever recommended seeing a chiropractor to correct postural and alignment issues, but after just one session with Dr. Sellers, I saw a massive improvement in my neck tension and jaw mobility. Now, having been several times, I finally feel like I’m on the correct path to fixing my jaw issues. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful, and I really can’t express my gratitude for them enough. Everyone says “oh I have a good chiropractor,” but I thoroughly believe I, and the rest of the patients at Performance Wellness, really do have a GREAT one.
