Performance Physical Therapy

Great place with even better staff. Doctor changed my PT provider as I was kinda in a stalemate with my recovery following a bicep reconstruction surgery. After only a couple visits my progress had improved dramatically. Can’t say enough good things about the people here and the door greeter pupper was always a welcome sight. If I ever need PT again, I will definitely be requesting Performance PT.

James and all the staff were so wonderful helping me recover from a very painful back spasm. In a matter of a week I went from hardly being able to move to doing core exercises at my gym and feeling great! I am so grateful and thankful I know where they are now if anything happens in the future. Definite recommend!!! Sue

Had knee pain that was throwing off my gait when walking. Was assigned to Izzy who set me up with exercises, making sure I was doing them properly. PPT has a full range of exercise equipment to use during sessions. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend Performance Physical Therapy to anyone needing physical therapy

I​ am writing to share my experience with Performance Physical Therapy. I found that their approach, which primarily involved being given rubber bands and instructions to perform exercises, was not a good fit for my needs. A day after my initial evaluation, my shoulder injury was traced to my C-5 region in my neck. When I inquired about incorporating this into my existing treatment plan, the desk staff informed me that I would need to book a completely new consultation and that treatments would be limited to separate regions. I have since found a physical therapist through my PCP's referral who offers full manual manipulation and a much more comprehensive understanding of how the body functions in situations like mine.

Performance PT has skilled physical therapists that really care about the patients’ health and improvement. My back thanks the two skilled therapists that helped me with my back pain. The Medbridge GO program is especially helpful for keeping track of the exercise program and logging in exercise at at home. It’s a great motivator and tracker, and has videos of all exercises recommended.
