Penrose Medical

My last doctor was not meeting my expectations, when looking for a new doctor I was referred to Penrose Medical and Jennifer Eaddy, by my daughter. That referral has been a real blessing. Dr Eaddy listens, cares, and made excellent recommendations for physical therapy. I’m now in my second week, and the experience has been amazing. They are helping me address the exact issues I’ve been struggling with. I highly recommend Penrose Medical and the entire staff. They are fun, pleasant, timely and truly eager to help.

I have had an excellent experience with Penrose Medical and truly cannot recommend them enough. I have been a patient for over a year, and every visit whether in person or via TeleMed has been consistently positive and reassuring. Outstanding Care and Providers… I see Dr. Eaddy as well as Gaby, and both are exceptional. I always feel genuinely heard during my appointments, and my concerns are addressed thoroughly every time. I have even had severe migraines where Dr. Eaddy was able to step in and help get things under control on very short notice, which made a huge difference for me. Gaby is wonderful to work with monthly through TeleMed, and I feel just as comfortable and supported virtually as I do in the office. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs. I found Dr. Eaddy on zocdoc and was impressed and comfortable from the moment I entered the office. The staff are kind, helpful and their scheduling is flexible and accommodating. I felt comfortable around Dr. Eaddy immediately and especially as a woman, never felt judged or shamed by her over any of the personal details I shared. And as a bonus the office is very cute and comfortable, not at all cold or sterile like many healthcare facilities. 10/10 in my book.

First time going to a doctor in a while. The front office staff was great. No wait, accommodating, and just a joy to deal with. Dr. Eaddy was fantastic. Awesome bedside manner and was hyper focused on me the whole time. Talked me through all my questions and I felt very good about a path forward. Also blood work was handled in office so I didn’t have to make a separate trip to quest etc to get it done.

My daughter was seen for a physical for school and she loved her experience she thought Dr Eaddy was funny and caring. Dr Eaddy helped us navigate with all of my daughters concerns as a teenager and much more. She took her time and made us feel at home. I would recommend 10/10 if you are looking for a caring compassionate provider.
