Penn Outpatient Lab Cherry Hill

Needed a PSA blood test. This lab in the same facility as my Urologist is excellent. The front desk receptionist was caring,and professional. Shai,tech was personable and competent. I didn't even feel the needle. Thank you all.

DO NOT GO THERE in case you have to ask of a one time favor to expedite your appointment. Unlike other times - the worst experience today: absolutely not caring and very rude. One technician - Tamar yelled and accused me, a very polite person of rudeness. I hope the management will take a very close look at this woman's total lack of compassion.

Gone are the days where I go to Labcorp or other labs. Penn has spoiled me! This Cherry Hill location is excellent. First, I am always greeted by someone when I walk through the doors. They tell me where to register for the day's appointment and have even assisted me via wheelchair when it's been applicable. The greeters are always so kind and helpful. Obviously, there is always more help during the week vs the weekend as most appointments happen Mon-Fri. Once I make my way to the lab, this is where the magic happens. All of the phlebotomists (sp?) are kind and patient. However, there is one that takes top notch for me...Tiffany. Tiffany knows her stuff and is amazing with her patients. Staff is great. Radiation sucks.

Had my blood drawn, never felt it.and never left a mark!!!! I usually have a bruise for a week!!! Excellent job!!!!!
