Pedicorp PC

We brought our 3 children to Pedicorp (Windsor specifically) since my oldest was born 16 years ago. We decided to have my older two boys start going to see our family PCP vs Pedicorp (this decision was done after multiple, over the course of years, disappointing to say the least, experiences at Pedicorp). My youngest had been seeing Dr Kim and we liked her and her team but after we moved our boys we got a rude letter letting us know that our daughter was no longer welcome at the practice! We were completely shocked. With time and space we have come to appreciate the fact they did this because as much as we like those that cared for her, ownership/management is clearly not valuing relationships and overall health. I just called to obtain information on how to start care here for my daughter and the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming on how to get records transfers to the practice. That’s not a good look for the practice to have someone like that answering the phone and speaking to potential patients.

Truly fantastic providers. I've taken my son here for a year. We love Dr. Kim, Kira, and all the nurses. They always listen to my concerns and are very realistic, down to earth, and kind.

My daughter goes to the West Hartford location, though she has been here several times last month for an illness when we couldn’t get in and West Hartford. Dr. Kim is great and really takes time to see what the issue is and is very thorough. My daughter is soon to be 12 and we highly recommend both locations as she’s been going here since birth.

One phone call and already terrible taste in my mouth. Receptionists had an attitude on the phone when I asked if they were accepting new patients. She acted annoyed and unwelcoming, and gave curt instructions on how I could bring my childrens files in. I will do myself a huge favor and not become a member here. I can’t imaging having to speak with someone like that when my child is sick.
