My husband and I started going to Jordan Dental four years ago. While the offices are lovely and the staff friendly, my husband left the practice after two years. I am leaving now. Our discomfort centers around the high pressure sale pitches: electric tooth brush, water pick, whitening, Invisalign, and mouth guards. When I was told I would have to purchase a second mouth guard after an implant, I refused. The hygienist left to speak to Dr Jordan and came back saying she had agreed to sell two for the price of one. I purchased what I thought was the first tooth guard. When I went for routine check up, while Dr Jordan checked my teeth, the hygienist told her I would be getting my implant the following week and the second mouth guard as part of the two for one. The office is beautiful, extremely clean, contemporary with modern equipment. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. They are very thorough and addressed issues that my previous dentist missed. After getting some work done by Dr. Kennedy, I have full confidence entrusting my dental care to her and the rest of the team.

Office is cozy, new, customer service, equipment were top notch. Got a welcome tour as being a new patient was even given a welcome goody bag! Veronica was gentle & caring during the cleaning-awesome experience!.
