I am always shocked when people say they don’t like the dentist. Dr. J is so knowledgeable, calm and patient. Joanne the hygienist is so friendly and is so thorough. Taylor at the front desk is wonderful at helping you get an appointment. Will call you when spots open. The whole team works wonderfully together. You feel like part of the family and know they will take care of you. They show kindness and keep the atmosphere calm. From cleanings to getting a crown. They are top notch.

I’m a grown women how turns into a baby going to the dentist. High anxiety!! I can honestly say this was one of my best visits. The staff knows I’m a wreck when I get there. They are so understanding, make me feel like I am important to them. Staff is friendly, caring and very helpful. Procedure was smooth, didn’t feel anything like I was promised. I would highly recommend Dr. Jared Jacobskind and staff. I had all this anxiety first nothing!!!

Windsor Progressive Care is way above the 5 star rating! My family and I have been going here for over 30 years. Dr. Jacobskind,(previously Dr. Farley)is an astounding dentist. He discovered an issue with one my teeth that needs a consultation with a specialist that he found during a routine cleaning and exam. He explained in detail my options I had depending on the specialist’s recommendations. Joanne, my hygienist is equally outstanding along with Naomi, the office manager. Emily, another hygienist and Dr. Jacobskind’s assistant is equally outstanding! They always make you feel so welcome even if it’s been more than a few years between visits. (I had retired and didn’t get a dental plan for three years until last fall.) Once I saw their smiling faces upon my return it was as if it had on

I don't think that anyone looks forward to going to the dentist, but Windsor Progressive Dental Care makes it a lot better of an experience. They're excellent with preventive care, and should you need anything more, they provide clear, respectful, and proactive communication. For a recent procedure, I knew exactly what to expect each step of the process, from reminders and cost estimates to what was happening during the procedure and what to expect after. Everyone I've encountered there is friendly. I might not love going to the dentist, but I feel assured when I go here that I am getting excellent care.

The staff at Windsor progressive dental Care are amazing . They really make you feel comfortable when explaining the evaluation and the treatments. Dr j especially took the time to share his findings and answered all the questions and concerns I had . In my situation this time a crown was needed to repair an old filling and everything went as described thanks again the staff, Naomi, Val, and Dr j see you soon. KR
