Complete Care at Kimberly Hall North

I thought it was a very nice clean facility. The staff was friendly. Patients would speak. This is my mom, Mary Matthews who was just brought in yesterday, 8/14/2025. Thank you all for caring. 9/1/25 - I visited with Ma today it was positive. I braided her hair. She was getting ready to eat lunch . I had prayer with mom always before I leave. Thank you all for caring for her. 9/10/2025 - I had a nice visit with Ma, she laughed and talk with me we looked at videos on the phone and had some laughs. Before I departed for the evening we had prayer. God is a good God. The Loves you Ma, be blessed at all time. On 11/3/2025 I visited a patient. On arriving at the front desk I was greeted by a very polite and professional receptionist who directed me clearly to the room of my intent. The staff on duty were very helpful and pleasant. Based on my experience I would recommend this facility to anyone looking for such services. Again keep up the good work and continue to train your staff. Training is key to success.

While visiting my grandmother at Kimberly Hall, I witnessed a disturbing incident where a patient had fallen out of bed. Alarms were sounding and her roommate was calling for help, yet staff did not respond for several minutes. I eventually went to the nurses’ station myself to report the patient was on the floor, injured and crying. Even then, staff took an additional ten minutes to arrive, showing a shocking lack of urgency and compassion. After witnessing this, I had serious concerns about how residents were treated when families were not present. Not long afterward, my grandmother’s condition declined and she passed away at this facility. Based on what I personally observed, I strongly question the level of care provided at Kimberly Hall.

This place is rapidly declining and the way people’s families are treated is highly inappropriate! Staff members steal residents belongings with no resolve and then when you ask for answers you’re met with attitude from their superiors. Rooms are not up to par and neither is the service being provided. They have to do better. When asked for a referral and other options I was told to Google it by their “New Social Worker” J. So here I am on Google 🤷🏾‍♀️

The best customer service began at the check-in for me! That young lady is very professional and kind. I would have been lost without her! Thank you so much!
