Pediatricz Now SW Military - Pediatric Clinic in San Antonio

Although this place is not local for me I drove over because they had appointments available the same day. The staff was amazing and I was quite surprised. Dr. Fliedner was amazing and great with my sick kiddo. He was very thorough and informative as to how to treat my child. This place was all around better than the local Pediatric urgent clinics I usually go to.

Excellent service and care. I was looking for an urgent clinic that accepts superior and was told they stop accepting walk ins at 1:30. I arrived around 1:10, checked in very quickly and didn't wait for 5 minutes when we were called back to a room. I let them know my son was diagnosed with autism a few months back and the provider was so calm, patient, and informative when checking him.

My son is Autistic and it's VERY hard to get him to calm down at Doctor's offices.. Let me tell you about Sandra Patti she is amazing!!! I love how she was with my son and made him feel comfortable with his checkup. She is awesome!!!

We walked in there wasn’t an eye roll nor sigh that we walked in. I was at 2 other places and got that treatment and claimed they were so busy at both places and made it hard just to check in. So walking into KIDS NOW was thinking the same was going to happen, they were really busy but the front desk took the time to look up my info WITHOUT SIGHING AND EYE ROLL. I WAS RELIEVED AS MY DAUGHTER fever at this time had spiked. They checked me in got the registration done and even the staff going to the back was so helpful and empathetic towards the patients. Thank you for the kindness this facility showed

Best urgent care in San Antonio.. Staff are friendly welcoming. From the front to the lovely M.A “”faith””who took care of my son so nice 😊 friendly. To the physician 👩‍⚕️ “Robyn” she was the best with the most joyful ❤️.
