Pediatric Group Associates

All of my experiences with Pediatric Group Associates have been excellent. Every provider I have seen has been extremely knowledgable and so caring! As a new mom, I always have new questions and without fail they always return my calls (quickly) and are happy to address any concerns. Highly recommend!

Are not accommodating for vaccines for my kids. I wouldn’t go there, so for any of you that have a belief about vaccines and what they could do to your kids don’t waste your time going there.

We absolutely love Dr. Neptune! Our daughter is now 9 years old and from day one they have been nothing short of amazing. Very compassionate and listened to all our new parent questions. Thank you so much.

There are providers that provide a better level of care. I’ve been a life long PGA patient and was excited for them to treat my children. We loved Dr Neptune. BUT the problem was we were only able to see him during well visits. So then you are on the phone going back and forth with the scheduling people who aren’t always the kindest. They use paper charts which is really frustrating when you have a child with extensive medical history and you have to explain to a new medical provider during a sick visit who has never seen your child before. So we would end up at a walk in clinic a few days later for treatment because PGA treats it like a cattle call for patients. My child was hospitalized for 5 days and I called to speak with Dr Neptune. The “gatekeepers” at the front desk assured me

It's okay. I didn't feel comfortable for the first couple of times i had to go due to a doctor touching me inappropriately. But other than that, I love them.
