Pediatric Gastroenterology

Dr. O and staff have all been above and beyond helpful, kind, determined, and wonderful. We are so happy to have found a skilled pediatric gastroenterologist who actually cares about her patients.

The front office receptionist is the rudest and most unprofessional person that I've ever met in a customer service position. I cant believe this doctor's office has her working this position. I ended up leaving without my child even seeing a doctor. I'm still in disbelief of how she talked to me. I waited 2 months for this appointment....waste of time. Don't go here. Find another place!!!!!!!

Best Experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office! She sat in the room with us for almost 2 HOURS listening to every detail about my sweet son’s journey, asking detailed questions, and listening/watching him eat. After this short time she quickly was able to pinpoint the cause of all of his problems and gave us a diagnosis! My sweet boy was diagnosed with Dysphagia and laryngotracheomalasia. She then scheduled him for testing to give us a plan of action. We are also about to follow up with her again soon! This doctor is such a blessing to my family and I don’t know what we would have done if we wouldn’t have found her when we did! HIGHLY RECOMMEND as she gave us more answers in 2 hours than we have received in 4MONTHS!!! I seriously cannot say thank you enough!!!

They care about money, not patients. Two months waiting for an appointment only to find out because they don't take one of my insurances they would not see us. Sunday (the person canceling my daughters appointment) could care less about what she was doing.

I could have saved $2500+ by using WebMD. Same results, much better customer service, and wouldn't have to have left my house. But I do appreciate for the office opening my eyes as to what is wrong with our current healthcare system. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO. THIS IS THE ONLY ONLINE REVIEW I HAVE EVER POSTED.
