Pediatric Dental Specialists of West Michigan

We had a wonderful experience at Pediatric Dental Specialists of West Michigan. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming, patient, and extremely well-mannered. We took our daughter in, and they were so gentle and kind with her, which immediately put her at ease. The team did an excellent job explaining everything step by step - not only to her in a way she could understand, but also to us as parents. They were thorough, clear, and never made us feel rushed. You can tell they truly care about children and want them to feel safe and comfortable. The office was clean, organized, and very kid-friendly, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The dentists and assistants were professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable.

Scheduling and obtaining info for our son's lip and tongue tie were very easy. The front desk staff were SO kind and welcoming. We even had to reschedule due to illness and that was understand and seamless. The atmosphere here is exceptionally clean and again, so welcoming! Sitting in the waiting area and witnessing other staff mingle and interact with visitors continued to show just have high the bar is here- everyone is so kind and gently spirited. Our dental hygienist had the best attitude and was so friendly, always maintained and upbeat energy with a smile. We would highly recommend this office for anyone who wants and warm, clean and welcoming experience for their child at the dentist!:)

We found this amazing office after our daughter needed her lip tie released. Because she was over a year, that limited where we were able to have this procedure done. We called the office and they were all informed, kind, and explained procedures, costs, what to talk with insurance about (and more) without me even needing to ask them. When we arrived to the office on procedure day, they were so kind and welcoming. The hygienist/assistant sang with me to help keep my daughter calm, and Dr. Katie had that same warm spirit. As a mom who knew I couldn't be present for the procedure itself (which I totally agree is necessary for a successful procedure for the staff and my daughter alike), it made me feel so much more peaceful seeing every member of the staff loving on my daughter as if they had

I took all three of my kids here. They have a beautiful and clean waiting room. My oldest, who is 11 came here first. I had my 2 year old twins with me and was so relieved that they had such a fun area to keep them occupied while their older sibling had her appointment. The cabin was an instant hit. The staff were all courteous, professional and knowledgeable. The dentists and the hygienists were all great and thorough as well. I never felt the "upsell" pressure I got from other offices. When it was time for the twins' appointments, they were equally as great with them. Really kid friendly, professional and thorough.

I had a great experience here for my daughter and her lip, cheek and tongue ties! They were very formative of the procedure, and helpful in teaching me the follow up stretches. I was very pleased as they were able to schedule the procedure the same day I called. Their office is very clean, kid friendly, and felt very thankful for their nursing room. I would highly recommend!!
