I would give them 0 stars if I could. I didn’t write a review right away because I was really upset and didn’t want to speak out of anger. But after calming down I still think it’s necessary to write this review. I had an appointment at 9:00 am and showed up at 9:07. Because I was 7 minutes that they took every single person that was there before me. They even took people whose appointments were after mine. I was legit the LAST person in the lobby by myself with my child. Mind you, this was for a vaccine appointment. I followed up at 9:40 with the receptionist and she claimed that I would be called soon. I go called back at 10:05 and when I tell you that the actually appointment was 1 minute, I’m not exaggerating. She poked my son and tried to send me on my way. When I complained to the ma

I highly recommend Pediplace. If you want your child cared for and your concerns listened to and addressed, this is the place for you. I was able to get my child in for a sick visit on the same day without any problems. Both Dr. Miranda and Mrs. Carlos are amazing providers and their staff is very friendly. I also love how clean and welcoming the environment is!

I have NEVER been to a worse paediatric clinic than this! Need a doctor’s note after the appointment date? $25! Call after 10pm? $30! Even thought they’re closed & no one is there to answer any calls. The office staff professionalism is hit or miss. Some are kind, some are dismissive. If you need ANY record printed, it’s a charge. Want it emailed to you? No can do, because HIPAA (even though HIPAA doesn’t count when you’re releasing records to THE PATIENT/Parent or guardian). This is the most ridiculous doctor’s office, & it is definitely run like a business. They must be broke or desperate for money with the amount of frivolous charges they have. I totally understand if, for example, someone needs a 30 page record printed. Paper isn’t free, so I’d expect a 10-15 cent charge per page. But

Dr.Carlos is excellent she's been my daughters Arianna's pediatrician for about 7-9 years not sure on # but she's always been so good at listening to all concerns and she'll ask my daughter questions too and truly listens to what she says makes her feel heard not just parent speaking for child to doctors, I really appreciate that. Dr. Carlos looks for answers and when she's not sure she will reach out to other doctors to find out and give me answers she's compassionate, patient and very knowledgeable. Very happy with our pediatrician.

I really wanted to try this place out and bring my daughter, but I couldn’t even get that far. The people at the front desk have no idea what they’re doing and keep giving me conflicting information. It’s been three days, and I’ve received different answers every time I’ve called. I’ve been back and forth on the phone with them just to get an appointment—first they tell me I’m scheduled, then they say I’m not, and then they tell me I can’t get scheduled at all until several months later. When I try to ask questions, it becomes a problem. The lady who usually answers the phone (I believe her name is Josie) is consistently rude. She doesn’t let me speak, and when I try to explain or ask for clarification, she has no interest in listening or helping. She just gets an attitude. If this is how
