Paula's Massage and Body Work

On my first visit, I was very pleased. Paula talked with me first about what I wanted to achieve this first visit. She said the body works would be better than a massage and explained why. She is very knowledgeable of where your pain is originating from and cares about helping you to be pain free. My muscles have felt so much better since I went to her. After the first couple of visits, she suggested to come back once a month for maintenance. Paula is very professional, and I would recommend her to anyone.

Paula is amazing! She takes time to explain what she is doing and makes sure you are comfortable first and foremost. I had an ache in my back that I have gone to two other massage therapists for help and it would only be relieved for a day and it came right back. Paula made sure to thoroughly work on that muscle and my back has felt amazing. She is also incredibly kind. I would recommend giving her a try!

I called Paula for a 1 hour focused massage on my arm and shoulder, she was so responsive, listened to the complaint and offered some advice and things to do...until I got to my appointment. She is so concerned and her massage and body work are very therapeutic...meaning she gives you information that will help you receive and give your body the love and care it deserves. She helped me with my shoulder...I was in immense pain and she knew how to help relieve it! She has the patience of Job and she took time to show me some stretches that could get me better...faster. Her clinic is relaxing and Very, Very clean, very organized, and Paula is very caring. There is plenty of Great parking in the back of her clinic also there is a wheelchair accessible entrance. Paula you are AMAZING!!! I can move my neck back and forth!!! I have not had a headache since you performed body work on me. THANK YOU!! I enjoyed my session with Paula. She explained to me what she was doing to each muscle. Where the muscle was attached. How it correlates with my headaches; which are very debilitating. I definitely benefited from her knowledge. I felt muscles twitching and releasing;as she worked on me. She also explained what and why my body was doing during my session. Amazing!!!! Paula, I believe, is a LMP that wants to help the body and educate clients on how reduce muscle tension and prevention. To achieve wellness within and out of the body!!!! She showed me stretchs to do daily on my own to help reduce my muscles from seizing up. She truly is amazing!! Thank you

Paula is Amazing at helping you to easy or get rid of the pain you're in. She tells you what you need to do at home , to help keep the pain away. I've gone to many massage therapists in last 15 years, I've got to say she's the BEST , I've ever had !!!! I Thank you for helping me ! You've been a blessing to me!!!!!!
