With all that has been going on in my life, I thank the Lord for these people. They have kept everyone in my home informed and always making sure that our prescriptions have refills. I would happily shout out to the individuals but I don’t want them to be embarrassed! If asked I will happily give names, and add to my review. I was so impressed when they were referred to me because Walgreens “never” had my prescriptions on time no matter how many days in advance I would call. Three years of frustration thinking I had to be with them because I had used them where I previously lived. I watched the ads but didn’t think a small pharmacy would handle my medication needs. Glad I took some well meaning advice and switched. You all are just amazing. Thank you all for everything!

We have visited this pharmacy for a long time. Originally we had family working there for a while. My wife takes medication that has a preauth. We have been getting it filled since June. Every few months there is a weird issue when we call for the refill and Derick normally sees the issue and fixes it. No big deal. This time when it happened Carol transferred my wife to Jeff. We have never dealt with him and it is a shame we did. He was rude, unprofessional and had an enormous ego. He first informed my wife's primary insurance was denying coverage. We understood this as it didn't cover the medicine. We have two commercial pharmacy plans for this reason. He then kept correcting my wife on the nuance between a rejected coverage and denied coverage for the primary which in the end is irreleva
