Miracle-Ear Hearing Aid Center

This is my second visit with Angie and Tyler. Each time has been wonderful! THEY BOTH GO ABOVE AND BEYOND! Angie is VERY welcoming, personable, kind yet professional. Tyler is very thorough, kind, and professional. He explains everything in detail without feeling rushed into making a decision. He even took time with me and my family on a phone call near closing, to go over more questions we had. They are a top of the line team and would recommend each of them HIGHLY. THEY ARE A 50 STAR IN MY AND MY FAMILIES EYES. THEY DESERVE A RAISE.

My first time at the Greeneville location. Angie greeted me! Very pleasant, caring, informative and awesome customer service. I met Tyler for the first time. He was attentive, listened to my issues and concerns. Based on this he patiently did various tests of my earing aids, my ears, updated the devices, reviewed and reset the Android app and fitting to my ear canal. They, together, completely changed my mind about my hearing aids! They now work closely to my first set! Also, want to mention Jeremiah in the Johnson City location. Another caring and helpful employee. Thanks to all.

My name is Saundra and I am posting this review. My sister and I both wanted to give a review regarding our two experiences we have had with both Tyler and Angie. Angie and Tyler are a powerhouse team. Our 2 experiences with them have been wonderful. They are both very professional yet compassionate, kind and takes time to explain as well as answer all of our questions. Tyler even took a phone call from us near closing time to answer even more questions that we had which still he did not rush through but was kind and so helpful. They are wonderful people to work with and if we could give a true rating it would not be a 5 star but a 50-star rating. This was our first experience with this company! Angie was the first person we spoke with,..she was the sweetest and most helpful person. She was very professional yet really showed concern and helped with our situation. I would HIGHLY recommend this company. Angie is a top of the line Customer Sevice Rep. and because of her, we will be coming back. She represents Miracle Ear very well! I had such a great experience here. I was taken back quickly, the paperwork was easy and straightforward, and the entire space was incredibly clean. The doctor was super nice and very easy to talk to, which made the whole process comfortable and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone needing hearing testing!
