Dentist Greeneville - ABC Family Dentistry

This is by far one of the kindest and most caring places I’ve ever been. The staff treats every patient with respect and compassion, no matter their age. They provide excellent service and make you feel comfortable without any judgment. You can tell they truly care about the people they help. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place that values and respects their patients.

I just had my first visit at ABC and could not be happier with my decision in switching to this practice. Dr. Kimerer and Diana are both absolutely wonderful with their patients and a joy to be around. Everyone is incredibly nice. From the moment you walk in, you feel at home; highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable and professional staff. They were extremely patient with me and had unlimited understanding of my fear. They treated me with complete kindness and never rushed through my procedure, taking time to comfort me and putting my entire well-being first. I was greeted immediately with a warm smile from The receptionist Chellcy. Her and Kandis started to ease my nerves from the get go. I'm extremely grateful for all of their kindness and would definitely recommend them for anyone who has had a previous frightening dental experience. Thank you all for being so good to me!

ABC Family Dentistry is awesome!! I didn't have a dentist and ended up with a terrible toothache. Maureen was so very helpful in getting me in the day I called and getting all my information over the phone so I wouldn't have to wait. She is very personable. Amber and Dr. Leah were excellent as well. They are so kind and took time to explain things to me, letting me know what to expect. Before I knew it, my tooth was out! Thank you ladies for a wonderful experience!! I would...and HAVE highly recommended them to anyone!

Well I can’t give zero stars but I wish I could after the way they treated my wife and 7 year old autistic son that they can’t accommodate due to him not being still. But my daughter is not autistic and yes she has attention deficit disorder but that’s no reason that they can’t see her…. right? Wrong they also can’t accommodate her as well but immediately after telling my wife they asked if we were ready to sign up for the family plan. What family? Why would you assume that we would want to do that? This is probably the most unprofessional, oblivious, human beings I have ever dealt with in my life. Emotionally traumatized my family with no care in the world!!!! Can’t wait to post what they sent in the mail. Have a nice day. Oh yeah you should take the family out of your business name.
