There are so many good & positive things to say about Patricia Neal Rehab that I don’t know where to begin ‼️ First and foremost…my assigned PT/OT PERSONNEL WERE SO VERY GOOD‼️ Kyle and Bailey were very knowledgeable and seemed to know just how far they could push me, despite my “mouth of the south” talking 😂 I will forever be grateful to each of them❤️ 95% of the nurses, CNAs, aids and whatever falls under nursing, we’re patient advocates and very positive. They made me feel cared for and like I was the only patient they had❣️ My Case Manager was very supportive…helpful❣️And some pretty lady with the most kind eyes came by 2 or 3 times and just listened to me. I want to think she was from Admin. She took lots of time for me ❤️ I was petted, pampered and pushed to get well enough to co

My mom is just back from a 10 day stay here. Everyday she would call and sound like she was on vacation. She would rave how great the people were she was meeting there, the food was like a fancy restaurant, and the doctors were top notch. If I didn’t know better I would think she had won a holiday trip. Thank you to the wonderful team there and Jodi the case manager for keeping me in the loop on everything. Mom said she was going to miss the friends she made that work there. My mom suffered 2 strokes on November 11, 2025. After 4 weeks at Fort Sanders Regional we were sent to Patricia Neal West. The 22 days we spent at Patricia Neal were a blessing. My mom received top notch care from everyone! The nurses and techs were very attentive, the Doctors were compassionate and informative, the therapists were wonderful, and the food was excellent! The facility was always clean and the equipment is top notch. My mom was actually sad to leave everyone and still talks about them. My mom is home now and doing remarkably well and it is because of the entire staff at Patricia Neal West.

Enjoyed my week stay at Patricia Neal Rehab W. because every staff member treated me with kindness, ability to meet every expectation and competant in preparing personalized Physical Therapy to my health needs. I highly recommend Patricia Neal Rehab W. for any PT one may require to get on the road to recovery.

Such a great rehabilitation place. Our son was in a car accident and was sent here after a week in the hospital. I am so impressed. It was very Clean, very compassionate and great staff. They made our son riley stay very easy. I couldn’t recommend a better place. The case workers was great at helping and the pt and ot was amazing. The nurses are great. They made the discharge very easy and had everything set up.
