Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Waldorf

I’ve visited this urgent care a few times and the service has always been great. They’re quick to get you into a room and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. During my visit today I needed blood work, and Zoika did an amazing job. I’ve had my blood drawn many times and this was one of the best experiences—I didn’t even feel the needle. Very pleased with the overall service!

From the moment I walked in each staff, member was very professional and treated me as if I was there priority. The place was clean. It was organized, and everybody explained everything thoroughly and was very professional in every sort of way.

I had a very positive experience at urgent care. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and efficient. The check-in process was quick and well-organized, and I was seen by a medical provider sooner than expected. The clinician took the time to listen carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the visit. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and I left feeling reassured and confident in the care I received. I truly appreciated the compassion and attentiveness shown by the entire team.

Everyone that I interacted with and saw today was great, the intake person, the assistant that took my vitals and processed me in, the assistant that took my blood all were kind quick and friendly. I think Tia or Kia my apologies for not remembering her name correctly, who drew my blood was so patient with me and took great care in drawing my blood. I ABSOLUTELY loved Dr. Catherine Doughty she was EXTREMELY professional and Knew Her Stuff. She was very thorough in reviewing and explaining my bloodwork results and evaluating me. She answered all of my questions. I did not feel rushed or dismissed. She provided me with my prescription which I had filled at the PF location and a note for work as well. I truly felt valued by her and the staff. I will admit I had a bad experience at this locat

I expected a much longer time there as they seemed very full. Their intake process was so fast. We sat in the waiting room for about 15 mins and were called to handle insurance info. About 10 mins after that, I was taken back for vital signs and taken to a room. Both employees I encountered at this point were professional and very thorough. Once in my examination room, we waited for maybe another 10 minutes. Still very fast service. The PA came in introduced herself while looking at her notes. She was very rushed and honestly I had to ask her to slow up and look at me while talking. I left feeling the overall experience was positive with the exception of the exam itself. I had to ask the PA to talk TO me and not AT me. I was prescribed antibiotics, but told the issue was probably viral… ?
