Patient First Primary & Urgent Care - Cherry Hill

Very positive. Everyone who helped me that night was great, but the blond lady, a receptionist I think, was especially friendly and patient with me while I was having a really hard time. I’ve been to this urgent care twice and I think it will always be my first choice in the future. I don’t really know how other urgent cares work, but I don’t have insurance, and at patient first they offer payment plans and are happy to explain the process. And the nurses and physicians who helped me both times, they are also great. Friendly, got to me quickly, but also patient during my time in the exam room. Having no insurance, I especially appreciated how they kept the cost in mind while still making me feel like I was being well taken care of.

I am very happy I chose this location, I got a very warm reception from the front desk, I was instructed very nicely how to check in. Shortly I was registered by a pleasant individual who made me feel so welcome. Then came Gabby who escorted me in and took my vital signs, and eye screening, very lovely person. I was seen by the doctor within reasonable time, He was so charming, I felt so comfortable talking to him. I already recommended this place to my friends and families.

My visit was phenomenal start to finish. The moment I walked in, the receptionist saw I was holding a bowl and realized that I had been vomiting, so she got me a less conspicuous emesis bag. Within moments, I was taken back to a room where a lovely nurse took my vitals and made me comfortable. When the physician came in, I informed her I was actually vomiting blood. She advised that I needed to go to an emergency room and wrote a note to give at the ER so they would expedite me being seen Urgently. A day or 2 later I received a message from Kaitlyn, the nurse from Patient First, to check on me and make sure I was doing well. I actually spent 4 days inpatient with a peptic ulcer. Patient First in Cherry Hill is truly a first class facility to go to when you need medical attention when your primary doctor is not available. Recently went to the this location on Sunday morning and was expecting it to be busy especially since the flu has been running rampant. It was busy however the staff quickly checked you in and took your vitals. The staff apologized for the wait to have an exam room available and to see the doctor but totally understandable. The doctor was very thorough and took the time to explain everything. Even had my prescriptions filled there so no need to wait in line at CVS which is a wonderful thing!! Would highly recommend this facility!!

Par excellence from registration with Ms.Clemons to the charge nurse Christina (maybe misspelled)who provided care to Dr. Fagel who sutured magna cum laud. This team functioned marvelously. Wait time was negligible even when I perceived they were getting busy. Warm professional and smooth visit! Wow. These health care professionals provided great care with balanced compassion.
