Patient Central - Primary Care/Urgent Care

So went in here with what I thought was a bite. It was late in the day I was their last patient of the day they got me right in they told me I was their last patient. They looked at my issue and simply said it’s unknown rash and it will clear up. Prescribed me cream and sent me on my way. However rashes are not painful. The problem persisted and I went into get a second opinion and it’s shingles! I felt like i was rushed out and looked over without actually taking a deeper look . I will not suggest anyone to this place ever.

inconsiderate staff who will waste an hour or more of your time, over logistical errors. it is absolutely unacceptable how they call the names of appointments, but ignore EVERYONE in the waiting room, theyre using a truly useless system that is unfair, consistently neglecting every patient who walks through your doors. I watched an older man wait for over an hour and a half, that is NOT okay. meanwhile the staff is walking around all casually and talking about losing weight, their clothes, wigs way too much about their personal lives, and not nearly enough WORKING we shouldn't see the staff yapping together when people have been waiting for an hour youre a phlebotomist, not a desk job, its social and you have to be considerate how many phlebotomists does it take to screw in a lightbul

I had my primary Dr here. However without warning she left. And they had no other primary for me to go too. And didn’t know if they would. I was told to find someone else. Which I did and I can’t get in to see my new primary for 6 weeks…. Most of my prescriptions are now on “no refills”… so I call back to Patient Central South to ask them to fill the meds I need and I was asked to prove I found another primary. I told u I did, why do I have to send u proof? It is not my fault you cant keep Dr’s. Will never go back there for urgent care either… no x ray tech and most of the time I am told to go someplace else because they don’t have the capability.

How does a doctors office have no doctors?? 🤔 I called Patient Central South in Holt this morning, which I have been a patient of for years, and was informed by the receptionist that, they currently have ZERO providers. Please explain to me how this happens at a doctors office? I have witnessed first hand, the level of care for patients diminish over the last few years at this office. And watched the turnover of providers become more and more frequent. I have been assigned to six different providers in the last three years. The latest provider I had was a NP named Angela, and she was amazing! I really liked her. She really took the time with me to address my health issues, script refills, referrals, met with me for lab results, follow up appts, she never treated me like I was wasting h

Lobby is always empty but the schedule is always full for a month As a cancer patient and heart attack survivor Not one client has been in this waiting room for 2 hours and they are still busy with non existent patients Insurance scam claim the schedule is full for your patients to be seen at urgent care for triple the price make’s cents Why do I have to charge my insurance for urgent care someone should contact fraud services because they don’t have clients that are waiting for a appointment in their lobby I sat there waiting and after my appointment for 2 hours they had no scheduled clients I had to schedule a appointment for next month Dr Dohm was a good doctor and they have made a joke out of this place
