Kroger Pharmacy

I need my prescription. They’ve had my script sent in since last week. Told me it would be here today, yesterday. It’s not ready. Guy said it wouldn’t Be ready bc they don’t have it… told me to call tomorrow to see if they’ll have it and That he will order it from a different manufacturers… not helpful when I need to be on this mediation.

Good job on refusing the pneumonia vaccine to an immune suppressed patient! Future reference CDC recommends the shot for people like myself and 65 older, it doesn't require a prescription! Your pharmacy assistant and her license is being reported to LARA for discrimination and a violation of my rights as a Medicare recipient!

seems as if they do have staffing issues. self scan working person is sometimes also doing customer service desk as well as phone calls from outside the store. I certainly deem this not a good practice.

Nice, helpful, efficient service. I have had to wait for some prescriptions that are less common or High demand, but always got them.
