I brought my dog here twice for a recurring ear infection. At the last visit, the vet explicitly left a prescription for ear drops so I wouldn’t have to keep paying for repeat visits for the same chronic issue. Fast forward 6 months later, the problem flares up again. I called over 24 hours ago requesting a refill of the same medication. No urgency, no follow-up—just silence. Meanwhile, my dog spent the entire night in pain, crying nonstop. Only after all that waiting do they finally call back to say they now want to force an appointment and a cytology test, clearly just to charge more money, for an issue they already diagnosed and treated before. Came to get a regular routine check ups and vaccines for my cat. The staff did amazing and were very helpful! Now my kitty is feel good and took a long nap after the appointment.

The veterinarian / owner is wonderful. Great personality !! Staff is always friendly, professional yet on a personal level as well. Make you feel very comfortable... Would surely recommend 👌

Easy in and easy out! My dog Cesar was suffering from ear infections and allergies. He's a little feisty for his size. We muzzle him for safety. They gave him an allergy shot and ear drops. I will say in the beginning I had to bring him every 3 months after the 3rd time he didn't need anything for close to 2 years. Prices are competitive and reasonable in my opinion.

If I can save even one pet from going here, I need to share my experience. The owner and main vet here is Dr. Copeland. My dog was restrained by the assistant to the point of losing consciousness and that was applauded by Dr. Copeland. She then hit my dog in the head repeatedly during a blood draw. The staff here is unnecessarily aggressive and the veterinarian not only has no problem with it, but encourages it. I just learned that is now the primary vet at this office after firing her associate veterinarian for calling her out on this behavior. Do not go here if you care about the safety of your animal.
