Novak Orthodontics

Wouldn’t recommend. I was a patient of hers as a child and completed 3 years of Invisalign treatments with her as an adult. In the three years of treatments, I only saw Dr. a handful of times. The visits with her were always incredibly brief. I was told at each visit that I was on track and doing everything correctly. I’ve somehow ended up with more bite problems than when I first started. It will take thousands to fix. Their manager Jessica earned them this review by attempting to shift the blame onto me after I respectfully asked for accountability for their failed treatment.

My children had the best experience at Novak Orthodontics. Dr. Novak was kind and professional during each of our visits. This is a busy office for a reason—she shows great attention to detail and is committed to creating a straight, beautiful smile for her patients. My kids truly felt like family every time we walked through the door. I am an enthusiastic fan of Dr. Novak and her staff. Pricing, care, and scheduling were all communicated clearly throughout the entire process. I wouldn’t consider another orthodontist in the area for my family.

I love this office SO PROFESSIONAL the whole staff is awesome!!! My daughter is receiving braces and they have been there from day one walking us through the whole process which has been wonderful!!!! I would highly recommend this Orthodontic office. Mrs Novak and her team are top tier if you or your child needs braces this is the go to spot!!! BEST IN MICHIGAN!!!!

We are a few months into the braces process with our son, and I have nothing but great things to say about this office. Every single staff member I've encountered from the receptionist to the financial lady to the technicians to Dr Novak have been wonderful! Very easy to work with and very good with kids. Highly recommend 👌

*I'm coming back Dec 2023 to update my review with stating that that I finished my treatment and Dr. Novak and her team have done an amazing job. I couldn't be more grateful for the smile they've helped me achieve* I started treatment with Dr .Novak in June 2022. First off , after having braces with a previous provider, I wish I would of found Dr. Novak the first time around. From consultation to the day i started treatment was less than a week. The office is clean, spacious, and the employees who assist Dr. Novak are incredible. She takes her time, is thorough and personable. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a great orthodontist!
