Pathways Community Mental Health

My daughter goes to pathways. She was seeing a provider and due to some mixups they discharge her from not being able to make it to two telephone appointments. She started seeing a new provider. I got her back in there Amanda Brown. She finally goes in there to see her for the first time by herself, she said 15 year-old kid and she’s got problems. Abandonment issues with her dad isn’t around and this supposed Psychologist, Amanda Brown within 10 minutes my daughter called me and said that her our session was done that they build her insurance for by the way because my daughter said she didn’t know what she wanted to talk about. She didn’t like all teenagers wanna talk at first why didn’t this woman try to help my daughter? I love how someone people try to be these labels like psychologist

Went here to get help but they have not help with the things I need to work on and they are more than annoy me about asking me about my relationship status that’s none of their business

A few years back before my first attempt, I tried getting help here multiple times because my doctor kept referring me back to them. After being denied twice and going through hours and hours of interviews, I wasn't going through that process again, and I asked for a 'rejection letter' to give my doctor so he would stop trying to get me back into them. I felt I was wasting my time and mentally getting worse. They were only giving me verbal denial over the phone so I had no proof I was even going to them to give my doctor. The lady running the desk resorted to screaming at me for asking nicely for a simple rejection letter because I didn't want to go through the interview process again just to be rejected a third time. No help.these people are useless and refused to help my 14 year old grandson. They should be investigated.

Absolute joke. Someone I know tried to seek mental health through these hack jobs and was turned down because she didnt fit their criteria. Dont even bother calling because you're going to waste a half hour of your life interviewing on the phone then coming in for another 2 hour session just to be told you aren't worthy of their assistance. No wonder there is such a drug/suicide problem around here. You try to get help and the people who are supposed to help refuse.
