I’d give them zero stars if I could. Called several times and talked to a woman named Brandi who acting like I was bothering her by asking about my prescription my doctor sent to them. She said they’ll never got the fax from my doctors office. Brandi needs to learn some customer service etiquette or maybe not be in a position to the public. Rude. Unprofessional and useless. Save your time and go to Walgreens!

Small pharmacy. Very helpful and nice people who work there. I believe this is a remote operated pharmacy so call them first to see if they meet your needs.

I wish they would stay open each day a little longer and maybe open on Saturday.

Wonderful staff! Great customer service and attention to detail. They make me feel comfortable and welcomed. Usually a short wait for prescriptions and they make sure all questions are answered. I give them my highest recommendation.

Amazing customer service! Hands down the quickest and friendliest pharmacy in Escanaba. I usually use Walgreens but had to go somewhere else because they were out of the medication I needed. I called Peninsula and they made all the arrangements by calling my doctor's office for a new prescription and made the entire experience extremely easy. I would highly recommend trying them out if your like me and don't like having to wait in line forever or being on hold all day with Walgreens or some other big chain pharmacy. I was honestly very surprised at how nice the staff was. It was very refreshing to actually have a good experience going to the pharmacy for a change.
