Exact Eye Care

Had a appointment there today. The dr and staff are great people, answer all your questions with respect.. A++++ thank-you

I went for several years, but eventually stopped after the third time I had to stop and wait for the receptionist to get off the phone from chit chatting with her kid. Not an emergency phone call. Just chit chatting. Me, the only customer in the place, I get to wait several minutes until the receptionist feels like talking to me. Combine that with the general sense that whenever I was there the receptionist made me feel like I was bothering her by being there or by asking any sort of question. Enough was enough. I found a different eye doctor.

I am in awe of how amazing the doctor and staff are at Exact Eye Care. I needed to get a baseline eye exam done for Clinics and they were able to get me an appointment that week. Dr. Gartland was extremely thorough with the exam while also explaining things to me. She also checked my 7 month old daughters eye for no extra cost! She is one of the kindest human beings I’ve ever met, along with the great staff! All of them greeted me as I arrived and said goodbye as I left. If you’re in need of eye care whatever it may be, this is where you want to go!!

Wonderful folks, great and accurate and thorough exam. Very eager to help and both friendly and professional. However, they had issues getting the prescription right and it took several frustrating visits due to errors in the (Digital translation of the prescription) to their lens lab. Which they did not seem to fully understand themselves. I was very frustrated by the amount of effort they put into trying to convince me "Your eyes will adjust!" (denying it was a bad prescription). And I fully understand there is and "eye adjustment period" with any new glasses that causes a little strain & stress for a short period while your "eyes adjust" to the new prescription. This was not the case at all... Happy that I stood my ground and they did have them redone correctly the 2nd time.

I love going to Exact Eyecare for my annual contact appointment! She is so thorough and makes you feel comfortable the whole time!
