Parkstone Dental Care

I just moved to the area and was searching for a new dental provider. The reception team was pleasant and hospitable. The office is immaculate and the exam rooms are so open, bright and inviting. My oral examination was thorough and they incorporated the latest technology producing images of my mouth I’ve never seen! My dental hygienist was so wonderful and tender. The best part is the communication from the entire team. They explained every result and the treatment plan. It was an amazing experience!

Very good practice. My hygienist knows me by name and even remembers our conversations. Very friendly, and also very good. I haven’t had many dental problems since I became their customer. They are accurate and very competent. I definitely recommend.

1000/10 I barley felt anything and there was no pain at all. My dentist, and more importantly the gentleman who assisted was very attentive, I was even given a blanket to keep warm while they worked on me. I've always avoided the dentist due to anxiety and a previous bad experience with another office in Knightdale, but todays visit was so seamless I now have no worries about going to the dentist. New patient. My experience from start to finish was amazing. The front staff was welcoming and supportive. The dental assistants, hygienist, and both Dentists were knowledgeable, took their time with me, and provided an excellent customer experience and quality dental work. I would recommend anyone needing great dentists to come here, as I am now getting my Husband to switch his care to this practice. update 2/12/26: i received my refund check with the wrong amount ($45 short of what i should have received) but definitely not worth dealing with them again for it. their billing department is a mess as they tried to charge me the entire cost (not the amount i signed and agreed to pay) without insurance. I corrected the lady at the time of appointment because i knew it was higher than what they told me i would owe. big beware if you care about your money. doctors are great. unfortunately, the communication from the front office staff is lacking. appointments get rescheduled without them even calling you (more than once), I sat 20 mins after being checked in for them to come out and tell me the doctor wasnt there so they couldnt put my crown on.
