The worst. I have called them, literally, ten times over the past six weeks, trying to get my resupplies. On those rare occasions when someone picks up the phone, they promise me that they will be ready the next day and that they'll call me. Then another week goes by. No one picks up the phone. No one returns calls. The office is locked. The woman who runs it has no idea what she's doing, and admits as much. This place used to be easy and reliable. Now it is completely non-functioning. Defunct. Null and void. Useless. Nugatory.

I’ve been using this company for years with little to no issue. Over the course of the past few weeks, I’ve tried contacting them for supplies with no luck. Their phone goes directly to voicemail. I’ve left several messages asking for a callback and have not received one. Not sure what happened, but they’re not worth wasting anymore time on.

Rebecca was extremely wonderful, honest and customer service oriented. She helped me with my replacements and deliveries! Thank you Rebecca!

They only have one person answering phones, filling orders, returning calls, completely back logged

Better option than ordering online. I have had excellent service the three times I have visited.
