Park Compounding Pharmacy

The people here are friendly! I needed a custom prescription for my cat, and these guys can do it. They're very fast and I can usually get them same day or within a day. I highly recommend them if you need custom medicine for your pets!

Not a lot of compounding pharmacies in the area compound nasal ketamine. They do and at a fair price.

This pharmacy needs to learn customer service. I ordered a numbing ointment and they made a cream. I had asked the pharmacist about the expiration time of the cream and he said 30 days but that if I got the ointment, it would be good for 6 months. I said that I wanted the ointment then. There was no miscommunication possible here. He said they could re-make it for later in the day but I don't live locally and didn't have the luxury of coming back for it. I asked about shipping and he wanted to charge me $15 even though it was his mistake. He made no apology and actually tried to make it my fault. The price was already significantly higher than I've paid elsewhere and their shipping charge is 3 times what I usually pay. I obviously won't be using them again.

My doctor told me they would arrange for meds to be sent to me from this pharmacy. Only two of the four were sent and they fought with me and refused to admit to their error. The interaction was very unprofessional and I had to resort to working with my credit card company to resolve the issue. They claimed that I somehow missed finding refrigerated meds in a box with no refrigeration labeling on the exterior and no ice packs inside.

My Dog needs medicine made just for her. Park Compounding has been super to work with! I can just call and they send it out to me. Super simple! They keep your info on record. They are always very nice to talk with when I call. They send it right away and I always get it within a day or two. I have been using their service for over a year and can't speak more highly of them! Great people, great service and great prices! Thank you Park Compounding for serving with Excellence!
