Park Avenue Pediatrics

My husband and I our first time parents. So after our daughters appointment this past Tuesday, we went to swap the car seat base from one vehicle to another and we're having some difficulties figuring out which way the base was supposed to be strapped in with the seatbelt. After watching us struggle for a couple minutes, one of the young nurses came out and offered her assistance with no hesitation. Thanks to her we were able to make sure our baby girl was safely strapped in her properly secured car seat. For the life of me I cannot remember her name at this moment that I will edit this post as soon as I am able to remember her name to make sure she gets the recognition she deserves for being so helpful and so polite and respectful all at the same time looking at these new parents struggle

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS PEDIATRICIAN!!! They completely overlooked a very important lab on my child that the doctor claimed to write a note and say call mom and inform her and nobody ever called me. I never found anything out until I called up there and inquired about it. They don’t hire RNs and the people who answer the phones are beyond rude. Morgan is sweet as she can be, she’s the only one who seems to know what she’s doing. I just called to inquire about getting my child’s medical records to transfer her to a pediatrician in Raleigh and the lady I spoke with was beyond rude and HUNG UP ON ME. Dang if y'all ain't got 2 things that match..smh! What is going on! I pick up one thing from the pharmacy and go to home medical equipment and the order for the machine ain't been sent but the med for the machine is ready...smh... y'all need some time management going on in this establishment. The patient is telling y'all what they need and nobody listens. Let's not even talk about after hour on-call! That's a joke 🤣...nobody working after hours to help you with simple things that could've been taken care of during your business hours.

Park Pediatric is the worst place to take your child or children. They schedule you for appointments then have you wait for hours, yes hours to not even get seen.This has happened to my son within a few months and we will not be going back! The receptionist always claims that they are busy and I totally understand that I mean yall are a doctors office so that would be expected!! Learn how to put space in between your appointments and start really caring for your patients!!! This is very inexcusable!!!! I wanted to give zero stars because that’s what y’all deserve!!!

Asked the doctor point blank if he recommended Covid vaccines for children and infants and he said “yes”. Pandemic is long gone but he’s clearly still getting paid to sell it. Two stars are for the nurses, they were nice and helpful. Definitely not for the front desk workers who don’t fix the documents they have you sign they just constantly say “oh that’s just how our system works you aren’t actually charged double when the price is wrong.”
