Paradise Valley Eye Docs (Located inside PV Costco)

I was having an issue with my left eye and Dr. Wayment explained that it was because of eye strain which is what I suspected. He could tell I was still a bit nervous about it so he even took a picture of my retina so that I could see everything was fine. I really appreciated that he answered all of my questions and took the time to make sure I felt better about my situation. All of the staff was very helpful, kind and took great care of me as well. I am so glad I found them and will tell everyone to go here!

I arrived at Costco for my appointment and was treated cheerfully and professionally by all the staff. Doctor Yousuf was professional and explained every step along the way. By far the best eye appointment I have ever had. The person who helped me pick out frames was awesome as well.

The staff was very professional and efficient. The eye doctor, female, was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I absolutely love the test without those horrible drops. I had a great visit.

The staff is nice, but I won’t be returning. I was told my trial pair of contacts would take 7 days to come in, that came and went. Then I was told it could take up to 10 days, that came and went. Now it’s over 2 weeks and they said 1 of 2 trial pairs have arrived. There is still no estimated time on when I will receive them. Who knew getting a trial pair of contacts would be so difficult. Sad to say I am disappointed.

The PV Eye Docs personnel were all very courteous & helpful. Dr. Hannah Alegado was wonderful & thorough & very knowledgeable. Our appointments were scheduled & on time. Definitely recommend them for comprehensive eye exams & they are conveniently located inside Costco.
