PAM Health Warm Springs Rehabilitation Hospital of Westover Hills

My 7 year old daughter Rainbow has been receiving multiple therapies at this facility. We travel for her to receive her therapies. She loves attending her therapies and cares for her therapists, I’ve seen her positive progress and I am delighted as a parent of a child with special needs. Staff is friendly, helpful, and caring. She wouldn’t get the same quality care where we live. It’s all worth it in my book. I recommend this facility to everyone because it’s truly a godsend.

My wife spent three weeks there, and I accompanied her every night. The staff's respect was always top-notch; I could count on one hand—and I'd still have fingers to spare—the times we didn't have a good experience. I can understand those moments, though, because they're people who deal with hundreds of different patients with hundreds of personalities, not to mention all the family members (who often "know" more than the professionals). My wife received the best treatment, and so did I. Even when it wasn't required, they gave me a place to sleep and, for a ridiculously low fee, provided me with food. Both the patient's and the family's meals were first-rate. It's clear they're always improving, both the equipment and the facilities.

They have been a very caring and helpful staff, that helps to make the healing process go well. Top notch food! Nursing care was excellent and the PT staff was very , very good! Long sessions but well worth the end results 👌This is the second time I've been in a rehab setting and I am an older woman and I appreciate the respect I have been given. God bless Warm Springs and all the work they do, and may God continue to give them knowledge and skill to continue their work 🙏

First I will highly recommend this place, it did not disappoint. The people here are very professional and caring, PT-Todd and OT-Maria, they are the best so why settle for less. The food here is like a five star hotel restaurant. Everyone here is very patient and are there for you every time. I felt like a VIP God bless Warm Springs and everyone who is here, we definitely need this place and It’s people. If I could give this place 10 stars, I would, Thank you 🙏🏻

I’m very pleased with the atmosphere here, especially with the nurses who took part I’m my care. All were soon sweet. My therapy was very good and helpful. The doctors were very good at explaining everything. I would definitely recommend this place and may God bless this wonderful place.
