Maria was over 100% amazing. When ever I called her she came right away and provide the best care. She took her time to give me a bath even when I wasn’t her patient. Omar is OMG the same as Maria just amazing he took 100% care, passionate, kind and funny. If I have these two every day that would be amazing. Nights i need help with restroom they took a longer at night and daytime took a long time for restroom. There was one nurse who wasn’t good, but Oscar Supervisor took care of it. Wound care was amazing with my wound and Nigel in Rehab is very personable and has so much energy he transfers it to me to be positive. He taught me so much and helped me use the walker. Everything Maria does is excellent. I can’t forget Jose in Facilities he fixed so much and has a beautiful personality. He f

This is the worse place I have ever been for patient care. My husband had a bed sore which got worse while he was there. I told several people my husband did not drink milk. They served him milk three times a day the entire time he was there. The case manager was rude and not helpful.Never heard from a doctor unless I was there when they happened to show up. Unbelievable. Most of the nursing staff did very little to assist my husband. Once when I rang for help nobody answered or came in. When I looked out the doorway the person grabbed up the phone quickly. There were two people standing behind and were laughing. When I asked about a bath (earlier in the morning) nobody came until I asked again in the afternoon . I have met other people who had bad experiences too. I would never rec

The nurses and staff were truly wonderful. I want to give a special shout-out to the entire therapy team—the Speech, PT, and OT—for the amazing work they did with my husband. Their dedication, patience, and encouragement made such a difference in his recovery. A huge thank-you as well to Dr. Vu for always taking the time to explain everything and provide excellent care. And a big shout-out to our case manager, Julie, for all the support and guidance she gave us throughout this journey. We are genuinely grateful for everything this team has done for my us.

Stephanie in dietary is amazing. She’s very enthusiastic. She loves her job and she lights up a room when she walks in. Stephanie gets the ball rolling. She goes above and beyond when she does things Example: Wanting to contact another department so that I can get the appropriate care.

Wonderful, welcoming, compassionate ICU, dialysis, RT, and front desk staff. Very attentive. They took time to learn about who our critically ill family member (the patient) was before this happened, and they treated us like welcomed friends. I work with medical professionals every day, and the staff we encountered at PAM ICU were among the best. That nephrologist, though. PAM, you all need to find someone with waaaay better bedside manner. Imagine a doctor essentially telling a grieving and worried spouse that they had basically "called it" early on - meaning that they believed all along that our patient wouldn't make it. She may believe in keeping it real - I do, too - but real NEVER outweighs compassion. She's an insult to the medical profession and a stain on that hospital!
